@WHOOP for your suggestion box.
My whoop vibrates once optimal strain has been achieved during a workout.
Is there a way to set a similar stimulus for reaching a desired amount of time in a workout at a certain heart rate zone that I can set for myself?
For example, if I’m cycling and I want to have 45 minutes in zone 2 in order to complete my workout or if I’m running and want to have 10 minutes in zone four and five. I’d love to get a buzz on my arm saying that I have completed my goal, something I set for myself individually prior to each workout.
I think a lot of people would use that if it doesn’t already exist.
Sat down with my friend Leroy Mitchell AKA Whistle Monsta. This man is one of the many reasons I love New Orleans.

NFL coaches have tried for years to find a replica of Taysom Hill, and @ConorOrr says a prospect in this year’s draft is the best one yet

Respect brother. Thank you. Your generosity will house adults with disabilities for generations. I’ll see you out there, twice a year. Hopefully Thursday Night in Cincy this time…
Regarding #2
Because the set up zone doesn’t change when kicking off from the 50. There is almost no advantage gained by the 15 yard penalty. Incentives curb behavior. If you want unsportsman-like penalties and personal fouls to carry more weight, you need to change the rules when kicking off after a penalty.
The playing rule proposals submitted by the NFL Competition Committee for consideration by clubs at next week’s league meeting:
1. Permit the kicking team to declare an onside kick at any
time during the game.
2. Eliminate the kicking team’s incentive to intentionally
kick the ball out of bounds when kicking off from the 50-yard line.
3. Modify the kickoff alignment requirements for the receiving team in the setup zone.
4. Allow League personnel to consult with on-field officials
when considering disqualifications for both flagrant football acts and non-football acts without being called on the field.
5. For one year only, allow the NFL Officiating Department
to correct clear and obvious misses by on-field officials that impact the game, in the event of a work stoppage involving the game officials represented by the NFL Referees Association.
For the past 8 months, our player leadership has committed countless hours to our search for the next @NFLPA executive director. Along the way, I’ve heard the conspiracies, narrative and speculation. Now it’s time for the truth!

Former Jets special teams coordinator Mike Westhoff is receiving the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s “Award of Excellence,” which honors significant contributors to the game. He will be feted June 24-25 in Canton. “I couldn’t be happier or more proud,” he said. “It’s pretty damn special.” Many of his former players are expected to attend. #Jets

Performance pays. 💰
NFL players earned $542M+ in Performance-Based Pay for the 2025 season — a collectively bargained benefit negotiated by our union that rewards player members for the snaps they play and impact they make.
For the first time ever, the top 25 payouts all topped $1M, with CB Nahshon Wright leading the way at $1.44M — more than doubling his salary.
Since the program’s inception in 2002, nearly $3.3B has been paid to players.
The NFL announced their top 25 performance-based payouts, with former #Bears CB Nahshon Wright leading the way.
Performance-based pay is a system the league has in place for players for players with high snap counts and low salaries.
