@AngAesthetics I've known solid RC preachers, and they are invaluable when you find them. Most just:

1) Tell a joke.
2) Summarize the OT lesson.
3) Tell a story.
4) Summarize the Epistle lesson.
5) Tell another joke.
6) Summarize the Gospel.
7) Tell the congregation to be nice.
