@Gcarmi21 PT2: Not to carry water for the Commanders here, because we did lose benefits, but nothing was more frustrating than getting the email notification about the event within a half hour, emailing my rep and finding the event full. Gotta fix that problem too.
@Gcarmi21 The Orioles have done exactly the same thing this year, and numerous people were vocal about this on many platforms and nothing changed. They also drastically changed the sizes of the plans and forcing you to buy more games.

@joshsroka@Orioles@DM_Rubenstein I am likely out. the drop in benefits from 2014 to now is a stark contrast. However, I would have renewed immediately if I could have my money immediately credited back on the “sell back” option instead of waiting a year.
@ChipSchussler@FowlBallTalk Dont get me wrong, if you factor in a reasonable amount for 40 games of parking, and opening day tickets, we’re looking at a 40% increase for my package of 40 games from my 29 games. I’d gladly take the buyback this year, and sell the ones I cant make.
@kylegoon Going from events like season ticket appreciation days, and early access “Social Media Days” to rolling out “Early Access Saturdays” like it was something we never experienced for 81 games/year before, was a sign of this coming.
@FowlBallTalk Had tickets since 2014, attended my 29 even during Covid year and went to Commanders Covid game. Love my teams, but if the restrictions are increased for trade-in, I can’t commit to 40 games living south of Annapolis. Even attending 20 pushes it with a family sometimes
@john_keim John, “Dov” used to be Billy Spikes who would post “breaking” news on the site/forum Footballs Future and would get upset whenever people posted news ahead of him. He also got banned for an obsession over Jennifer Lawrence and posting leaked photos on their site.
@Ern1eH@PSDnews Very simple……they stopped supporting the forum/website. Ads didn’t keep up with the money needed to keep it all running. The forum software was outdated. They redirected a sports forum to a gambling forum, that should explain it all.
@Bobby_Blanco Orioles did this one year before 2000, I remember my dad taking me out of school and to the Baysox stadium for it. Wish more teams could/would do it.
@danconnolly2016 Really find it hard to believe that we spent over $150m at the end of the last window, and we aren’t spending now. 70-100m per year isn’t being spent on the front office and infrastructure changes obviously. Until we see the books that is 🫠
