@SamsungHelpUK hi there. I bought a new s21 phone and traded in my old note 9. On the "is your device in good condition" I clicked NO as the screen has cracks - trade in price was £200. Samsung trade in has emailed to say due to cracks I have to pay £150 excess. How?

Hi @O2. I've joined rejoined and when I ordered my sim I entered the puk code to transfer my number from three to o2. I have my o2 sim but the number did not transfer and its impossible to speak to anyone at o2 phone or chat. Can you help resolve or advise? Thanks

@PlayGwent hello! Whenever I play Deadeye Ambush, Vernossiel only seems to trigger damage from the spawned Deadeyes. Any cards that Eldain transforms or Vanadain createe don't do any damage. Has anyone else had this?
