North West businessman Suliman Carrim is not expected to testify before the Madlanga Commission this Wednesday, according to sources.

Carrim is understood to still be receiving treatment at a medical facility outside Gauteng.

His legal team is expected to once again submit a medical report to the Commission explaining his inability to appear.

His appearances were postponed previously on medical grounds.

Sources have told @pule_jones and me that Carrim remains under medical care and is unlikely to be declared fit to testify before Wednesday’s scheduled proceedings.

The Commission is expected to consider the latest medical report before deciding on the way forward.
