Reflection: Learn from the Past week before diving into the new week, take a moment to reflect on the past one. Why are you reflecting? You're analyzing what went well, what didn't go well, what you wouldn't repeat this week that you had done last week, what you would always recommend over and over again. With this you can identify areas for improvement. What lessons did you learn? Every experience—good or bad—teaches you something valuable. By reflecting, you gain clarity on what to keep doing and what to adjust to make this week even better. 2. Set Clear Intentions and Goals: A new week is an open slate, and the best way to make the most of it is by setting clear goals.
