I had hoped the new admin @uofg would take action on cheating. Punishing those in chem1050 who didn’t cheat to re-write a test seems unfair. You know who did cheat-ones done 90 min exam in 10 min- so deal with them! Very disappointing.

This truck was stopped earlier today on the eastbound 401 at Gananoque, when a #LeedsOPP officer saw it tailgating a tractor trailer.

It was escorted to the nearby MTO scales where it was determined that the truck was overweight, had no commercial registration, no safety inspection... and the driver had no training and no insurance.

The driver and company were issued issued a total of nine tickets and 1 summons to appear in court. ^bd

@HeyNurseKat Agree! I just swapped out my “Christmas” tree skirt for my “winter” one. Will eventually put away the ornaments and leave just the lights on until mid to late February…a good way for me to handle seasonal affective disorder.

Many students (my own included), faculty and staff have direct contact with dairy and poultry. New admin have an opportunity to learn from past mistakes but will they?!

@ESL_fairy Me too! I stopped using Enovid as it got so expensive to import. I’ve been using Betadine nasal spray instead although I hate shopping at SDM. So far so good with all the measures you mentioned as well as air purifiers. Here’s hoping we remain healthy throughout the holidays.🤞🏻
