As the Aladdin auditions start appearing, please, a few things:
Don’t cast white people as MENA/SA characters.
Don’t change their ethnicity.
Don’t sub your white clients for MENA/SA roles.
Say no if you, a white person, receives an audition for a MENA/SA role.
Please 🙏🏽 🤞🏽
Would just like to say thank you to the amazing @OrlandoGrayMgt for making me feel so comfortable in an every changing industry. It is extremely appreciated✨
⚠️⚠️ ACTORS BEWARE!! ⚠️⚠️
A new scam is going around and targeting actors/performers who use the @StarNow platform. How it works:
1) You’re approached with a “self-tape” request asking you to say something like “I’ve just turned £500 into £10,000 in an hour using bitcoin”

I remember constantly hearing this during my training and it’s so disheartening. It just makes you a product who is only subject to get work because of the colour of your skin. Things need to change
Don’t EVER tell me I only got a job ‘just because of my ethnicity’. That literally negates my talent and all the years of hard work. If anything I DON’T get roles because of my ethnicity. Show me ONE lead Asian male actor in musical theatre. I’ll wait.

Tomorrow, I perform in front of my family for the first time in 2 years, and my boyfriend for the first time ever. Nervous but blessed is an understatement, how amazing it feels to be performing again🎭
Wishing a brilliant 'First Day Of School' to our amazing @Ffion0Evans, @Jeff_j_king, @ThomsonCarys and @emnelder who are starting their Christmas contracts today. #ProudAgents
Yes. They make money. They bring traffic to restaurants, bars and retailers around the theatres. They make people happy, and by Christ we could all do with a sing-song and a giggle right now. There’s not only space for more musicals, they should be made available on prescription.
