Really frustrating experience with @getscapia. My @omanair flight (Dubai–Calicut, 27 Mar 2026, PNR: AFKIUW) was cancelled. Promised a full refund in 10 days, but it’s been over a month—no refund, no updates. @scapiasupport keeps asking me to wait another 48 hours. @DGCAIndia
