@Jurm_VAL@Brewers Yeah but performance is performance, especially on a contender. I am happy he's doing better each start and I'm happy he's starting to look like his past self again.
@Philzer7@PollTracker2024@davidslosttt ""When reading the numbers that follow, you should know that unreleased, private, high-quality polls conducted for both sides show similar results; this poll is not an outlier."
@jusmeinia57@IAFieldReport@RobSandIA Spanberger never presented herself as a moderate what? She's also not a socialist either she's just a normal liberal gov. Sand is much more moderate than her if nothing else because he has to be to get things done in Iowa vs Virginia.
A big piece of our future is locked in ✍️
We've signed top-100 prospect Luis Lara to a seven-year deal through 2032 with Club options for 2033, 2034 and 2035

@bportnoe@MichaelLoCocoWI@Jay_Wilks27@SportyJ8@MLBNetwork I mean that's also ignoring strength of schedule etc (not to mention your player evaluations are flawed) but clearly I'm not going to change your mind and your not going to change mine.
We'll see who wins the Cy Young it'll be close!
@bportnoe@MichaelLoCocoWI@Jay_Wilks27@SportyJ8@MLBNetwork You have to look at a lot of stats to get a full picture. ERA, WHIP, FIP, BAA, SLGA, K, BB, IP, etc
Looking at any 1 stat will give you an incomplete picture. Sanchez has a better ERA,BB and IP. Miz had a better everything else
If you value ERA > All then that's your choice ig
@bportnoe@MichaelLoCocoWI@Jay_Wilks27@SportyJ8@MLBNetwork I mean if you want a real metric batters had a ~.100 SLG Vs miz and ~.200 Vs Sanchez. He gave up both less and weaker contact.
Miz gave up 1 run but also faced better teams by every metric.
Both were super good. Id say they were equal. But you can nitpick stats all day.
@Jay_Wilks27@MichaelLoCocoWI@SportyJ8@MLBNetwork Right when I was typing it oops. But my main point is that I think they were equally deserving unfortunate that 2 of the most insane pitching months happen at the same time
@Jay_Wilks27@MichaelLoCocoWI@SportyJ8@MLBNetwork Miz had a lower WHIP and FIP, more WAR and opponents slugged .116 against him, all while facing tougher competition. They are both deserving and I'd say the odds are equal
