@Sunflower6703 Careful with those, they're rabies carriers and may infect people even from a scratch. If you or anyone touched the bat, or spent time in a room with it without knowing it was there, I'd urge you to get a rabies shot ASAP. Like, this instant. If u develop symptoms, it's too late
@mia_sova 10 years later, it remains as relevant as ever. In fact, it's gotten worse. Back then you needed fake reports to get in trouble, now it's automatic.

@cumilq Make sure to drink plenty of electrolytes from stuff like Pedialyte or at least Gatorade/Powerade. Severe mudding will deplete your electrolyte stores and it can get dangerous. Drinking water alone isn't enough, you need minerals. And well, see a doctor if you can. Best of luck!
@uhealedme Dunno, but I think a selling point of yours is that, ironically, you don't wear a "performance persona" when you post your thoughts. So you come across as a regular person dealing with her troubles, rather than a carefully curated entertainer. It's more natural, I'd say.
@veera_alt Venting is fine, don't worry about it. Even if good things have happened, that doesn't necessarily cancel out all your other problems. If something's bugging you, reach out to someone you trust. If you're not comfortable, then try a therapist. That's what they're there for.
@veera_alt How's your sleep schedule? Chronic sleep deprivation can hit pretty hard, especially under stress. If you're having trouble getting rest, I'd cut off energy drinks, coffee, cola, etc. and ask a doctor for melatonin supplements. Should give you a good night's sleep & a recharge.
