Scottsdale's story is written in our neighborhoods, parks and public art. 🐎
I enjoyed Bridget Dowd's @kjzzphoenix article on how the horse sculptures near McCormick Ranch celebrate Scottsdale's equestrian heritage while serving an important role in our city's flood control system.
It's one of many ways Scottsdale combines beauty and creativity with practical design and thoughtful planning.

#Scottsdale residents packed the Granite Reef Senior Center auditorium last week to attend our Town Hall, bringing together residents, experts and community leaders for an informative discussion about water issues facing Arizona and the broader Southwest.
The discussion featured insights from Rhett Larson, professor of water law at @ASU and general counsel for the #Arizona Municipal Water Users Association. Also, during the event was a moderated Q&A by the host of the Town Hall: @KTAR923 Radio Host @broomheadKTAR.
