Comstock $LODE, received UNANIMOUS approval for a a brand new conditional use permit from the Lyon County, NEVADA, Board of County Commissioners, for an expanded end-of-life solar panel storage facility immediately next door to our processing facility. 🙌

This new storage capacity enables us to efficiently manage and process LARGE quantities of end-of-life solar panels and delivers a CERTIFIED 100% closed-loop, zero-landfill solution that is already setting the new standard for solar panel recycling that positions us to become the largest silver producer in Nevada. $LODE

Our second quarter is shaping up like our first quarter, which was a blowout, which means the panels keep coming and our industry-scale state permits are on track for the fourth quarter, enabling the commissioning of our expansion in the first quarter of next year. $LODE

Comstock Fuels Corporation executed a non-binding term sheet with a subsidiary of Marathon Petroleum Corporation wherein Comstock Fuels and Marathon agreed to negotiate a series of additional agreements, including (1) a simple agreement for future equity under which Marathon will contribute a combination of assets and cash to Comstock Fuels for conversion into equity on the same terms as Comstock Fuels’ planned Series A financing; (2) an offtake agreement under which Marathon will purchase advanced biomass-based intermediates and fuels from Comstock Fuels’ planned commercial demonstration facility; and (3) a joint development agreement under which Marathon will provide support services to Comstock Fuels in exchange for a warrant which creates the option for Marathon to purchase additional equity in Comstock Fuels.

For avoidance of doubt, according to the Term Sheet, while the parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate the Project Agreements in a timely manner, neither party is obligated to execute any Project Agreement if definitive final terms cannot be finalized. A very big milestone for Comstock Fuels.

Comstock (NYSE: $LODE) earnings are out: In the first 9 months, they almost doubled last year's revenue. The Comstock Metals division has almost tripled revenue from Q2 to Q3 and is on pace to smash that in Q4.
