@mbna I’m posting here because you are ignoring me on your “24/7” chat service. You declined a payment that I tried to make because… I have no idea why. After I confirmed it was genuine, you said that I should try again. You then declined it twice more. Can someone help me?
@mbna The operator is clearly dealing with 10 people at a time. Which just makes for 10 annoyed customers, rather than 10 customers who feel like MBNA respects their time
@mbna I had a response 1 hour and 27 minutes after the first response which ignored what I said and asked me to confirm my phone number. 32 minutes after that I had someone ask what I’m trying to buy.

Hey. Bug report. Level 4650. I was on the second screen. Had two rotor things next to each other. Joined them and the three rotors flew up and off the screen - presumably to go back to the first screen. Anyway - clearly not what you intended!
Oh good. People in government thanking the church for teaching us how to value life. Can’t recall voting for rewinding the clocks 500 years but apparently that’s what we did. #bbcqt
