However, of course, Blur could never stack up to the mighty Kinks.

@CheyOfTheDead @BlightYoakam Song 2 is not at all representative of their other material. They had plenty of motion in the UK, but none overseas. So, cynically, they wrote the dumbest song they could to try and land a US hit. And, embarrasingly enough, it worked.
