I was sad to hear many colleges canceled classes and gave students the day off yesterday. How pathetically indulgent.

More conservatives should be celebrating the way Kamala is handling this defeat. Credit to her for leading with love, hope, and respect. It should be a lesson for future candidates on how to respond to defeat - she’s doing better than Trump would have done in the same position.

The Republican Party is built on the foundational principle of Optimism. Conservatives see the good in the existing system and look for reasons to celebrate our past. They are not blind to our faults, but they highlight, and fight for, our strengths.
