I am sure the suits will keep coming to @invitationhomes as long as they keep up their current business practices, maintenance & inspections by untrained employees. @Slwmtn941 @InvitationHomes @Kayladonk113 Hacks is putting it nicely. They actually put us a home that was a death trap and could have cared less. We reported the fire as it was burning and NO ONE contacted us for 36 hours. Then it was to ask if we had insurance! DUH it's required.

@Slwmtn941 @InvitationHomes @Kayladonk113 Excellent review and right on point. The Tampa office seems to operate like the ATL office, no qualified inspections before renting it out and nice coat of paint to make it look good. Wait until they burn the home down and almost kill your family

That would take $ out of their pocket if they did that and @DallasTanner might miss out on one of his incentives. The homes they rent are not professionally inspected or maintained.

They almost killed our family,left us homeless, and still tried collect rent but never asked if everyone was ok. Fixing things cost money they don’t want spend on their death trap homes

Just another way for them to say “ not our fault”. It would be nice if they took some responsibility for the death traps they rent.
