Former Abia Gov, Orji Kalu Urges Igbos to Avoid Emotional Reactions to Nnamdi Kanu’s Conviction

Senator Orji Kalu, representing Abia North, says the separatist activities associated with Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), have resulted in over 30,000 de@ths and devastated countless livelihoods across the south-east.

His comments follow last week’s federal high court ruling in Abuja, which sentenced the IPOB leader to life imprisonment.
