Promoting kindness, compassion and inclusion ...because of Clem.

[Thread of Gold @ThreadofGold1]

Hello everyone. I have written a new article for the Thread of Gold blog. It’s all about the magic of music. Please do have a read, if you’ve got a spare moment. Thank you 🙏 #ThreadOfGold💛 #BecauseOfClem

@backtrack0105 Aww, thank you. He still enjoys his dinner, poking around the garden and lazing on the sofa, so his life is pretty good 😊.

The old dog’s sight has gone, but his love for comfort and cuddles remains. #BecauseOfClem #ThreadOfGold💛 #SmallBeautiesHour

@noisyseagull I love the noise at dusk when they roost. So loud.

[Thread of Gold @ThreadofGold1]

Having decided that Autumn was reducing bright colours in the garden to critically low levels, the pheasants decided to take matters into their own bird feet, and bring some brightness of their own. #SmallBeautiesHour #BecauseOfClem #ThreadOfGold💛

@noisyseagull We have a great number of visiting jackdaws, too. They quickly come to know who is a friend (or a soft touch).

[Thread of Gold @ThreadofGold1]

@noisyseagull Definitely 👍🏽. The best way. Make the most of every moment together, whether out on the moors or on the sofa in front of the fire.

[Thread of Gold @ThreadofGold1]

@mazerscamp If there’s something warm and soft to get wrapped up in, then he’s happy.

@OoshOne 🙏 Here is his brother. Same age, but clearly had an easier paper round as a pup.

@helendrinkstea Thank you. We’ve been lucky enough to have some wonderful dogs over the years, but old Gus has been the most loyal, characterful and sweetest of them all.

Evening all. For #SmallBeautiesHour a rather large beauty by Luke Jerram. Really great to finally see the Museum of the Moon at Carlisle Cathedral 🌑🤍 #BecauseofClem #ThreadofGold

A cloud theme this week. Plus beautiful flowers in the Parish Churchyard.

@radicalhoneybee 😃 Wonderful!
It’s about 27 years old. Bram decided to drive to Paris last month 🤷‍♂️. I was a little (a lot) sceptical as to whether the car would get anywhere near the coast, let alone all the way to France, but it made it there and back, no problem. Bram absolutely loves it.

[Thread of Gold @ThreadofGold1]

Bram working on his very ancient Micra. He would argue strongly that it’s a small beauty.
I am amazed at his mechanical skills: I have absolutely no technical ability at all.
