A Muslim woman in Japan complains that the hijab is not easily accepted here. To get halal groceries, she has to go to Tokyo. If she wants to go out somewhere to eat halal food, she has to go to Tokyo itself.

Japan is not an Islamic country. One that would run according to Islamic rules. This has become a complaint like why there are more Shinto temples here and fewer mosques.
