John Tunnard was an English abstract painter, who found inspiration in the stunning landscape of Cornwall. ⛰️
Tunnard was especially fascinated by two large concrete obelisks on the cliffs, painted in bold red and white and black and white. These landmarks helped guide ships away from the dangerous Runnel Stone reef, just south of Tol-Pedn. 🌊
📌 Free on Friday 25 October? Join us for Tate Modern #Lates and see this work after hours! 🌙 https://t.co/rb1qfyutb8

Congratulations to Nihon Hidankyo, a group of survivors of the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, for winning the Nobel Peace Prize. At a time when the threat of nuclear weapons is growing – and the taboo against threatening their use is weakening – Nihon Hidankyo’s work reminds us that these weapons have a terrible human cost, and that the pursuit of a world without nuclear weapons is an essential part of making sure we leave our children a safer, more secure world. Nihon Hidankyo built a powerful movement out of personal tragedy and insists upon our common humanity.
BREAKING: CNN’s Elle Reeve just did some interviews in rural Georgia where 90% of the county’s voters vote Republican. The answers Elle received will shock you. Retweet to make sure all Americans see this stunning report.
There aren't enough people talking about the fact that trump used FEMA money on migrants when he was in office -- the same thing he FALSELY accuses the Biden Administration of doing.
RT to help spread the word.

When Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, Trump delayed $20 billion of aid and allowed Puerto Rico to be without power for 181 days.
His botched responses to natural disasters are just a few things you may have forgotten about his presidency.
