Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker (no ice), pour:
2 oz gin
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz egg white
dry shake, add ice, then shake & strain into glass
combine edible sparkles with water & use a dropper & toothpick to draw crescent moon & stars

Cocktail Recipe:
Rinse chilled rocks glass with absinthe, discard any excess
in a mixing glass:
muddle a sugar cube with 1/2 tsp of water & 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
add 2.5 oz rye whiskey
add ice
stir 15-20 seconds
strain into prepared glass
express lemon peel over drink

Cocktail Recipe:
Start by rimming glass with tajin
in a shaker with ice, pour:
2 oz black (dark) rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz orange juice
Drizzle of chili oil
shake and then dirty pour (with the ice) into glass
