Today we had a lovely time in our first Thrive swimming lesson. We were so sensible getting in and out, followed the rules and had a fantastic swim.

We are always trying to remember this in Thrive - we try to clear the road by sitting together quietly, listening to calm music or using something to fill our senses. Then we talk and make plans to help us feel better ❤️‍🩹
