@Google On hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes and I am disconnected. I call back and the contact center is closed. This is amazing customer support. I have been transferred about 10 times in 15 days between the same two teams. What does it take to get my phone fixed?!
@weedmanusa Why is it that I posted an issue on 23 March and I've been ignored ever since? I'm trying to get a problem that's been going on for years solved without having to involve law enforcement and your franchise.
@weedmanusa your employee's behavior while on my property was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable, again. This is a trend that needs to be addressed before your people hurt someone. Who hires these types of people?!
@weedmanusa Your franchise was presented with a contract to solicit or communicate with me and they have agreed to it. But they made it clear they will not pay the fee. We get this resolved between me and an executive or through the courts at this point. Take your pick.
@weedmanusa I have requested to have calls with an executive or your legal team to try and resolve this outside of the courts and I am stonewalled every time. This is now well beyond a simple "we will stop" solution, because I've been given that solution and you never stick to it
@weedmanusa I have spoken to managers at the franchise several times. Yet they keep having people enter my property. I have called 801-400-1400 and aske to speak to leadership, but almost never get a callback, and when I do the response is to add me to the no solicit list.
@weedmanusa No, lets have this conversation in public. I've been on your do not solicit list for years. I have no trespassing and no soliciting signs. I've sent a registered, certified letter stating cease contact with me. Your legal team acknowledged that letter in a response.
@weedmanusa Even after I send a certified registered letter to your franchise telling them to cease contact, and after receiving a letter from your legal team saying contact will stop, I am yet again harassed by your franchise. This is unbearable and must stop.
@USAA great job on your phone systems. It never recognizes my PIN and the only other way to authenticate is with the last 4# of my credit card. Horrible security and what happens if my card is missing? 3 hours wasted on the phone with you guys.
@HDCares holy crap, your employees put me in hold for so long your call center FRIGGING CLOSED!! Unbelievable, delivery is 2 months late, shows up broken and now this?!?! Incompetence reigns supreme!!!
@HDCares I was put on a "brief hold" 40 minutes ago. WTF. I'm up to at least 6 hours spent on the phone with you guys, most of that was spent on a "brief hold". Listening to trump flap his meat hole is less painful that this. And everything he says is horrific.
@HomeDepot been waiting for deliver of an oven I bought in May. Got in touch with a manager, Curtis. He essentially told me to fuck myself and deal with it. Great customer service, Lowes, here I come!
@NRSC I never signed up for your texts. I have called NRSC numerous times and was removed with no result. You have received my cease and desist order, yet continue to text me 2-3 times a day. We need to schedule a call or a harassment lawsuit will commence against the RNSC.
@UPS your call center has left the phone and I can hear everyone talking in the background. No one is responding, they just left 20 minutes ago. Great customer service.
@UPS Can you please tell me why your drivers blast their horns non-stop when driving down my street? They literally turn onto my street and are blasting the horn for as long as they're driving. I'd really like to know the rationale behind this.
@UPS I've called you guys for a month regarding a criminal issue with your driver that can be avoided. The issue is not been resolved and I'm getting ready to have them arrested. Get control of your drivers or I will get control of them for you.
@Google I've been on chat for more than 8 hours with your tech support. your company forced an update to my phone without permission which is a cyber crime. Now my phone doesn't work And you are telling me it is a warranty issue. You broke my phone tell me how you will fix it!!
