@realEstateTrent Been hearing this for years in Miami, ESPECIALLY since the pandemic. They will be waiting forever with no payoff for waiting when they eventually buy. They could have already bought/sold multiple times now. Meanwhile, the smart Buyers that did buy, reaped the rewards.
@heysehajsingh It would acknowledge my instructions but deliver results that did not match. But, it's a great start.
In the end I was pleased with what I got.Just wasn't exactly what I asked for. My instructions were one by one. Ex: Clear the room.Add queen bed w modern white headboard, etc
@heysehajsingh After reading this thread, I ran to test it out! It was promising at first, but started to become much less accurate and took MUCH longer than I think it should have and it had to repeat steps multiple times due to delivering bad results.
@ana_analytics_ Absolutely agree! I've been voicing a similar sentiment since the pandemic and subsequent migration began. It'll never be the same again. Interesting point about the world capitals changing. I was wondering if you were going to predict south Florida as the next capital.
There are a *lot* of construction / Development projects going on in #Miami right now.
