@RealCalvin1 That’s when you learn that they’re paying them the same and not 10k less. Also saving the sweet executive track jobs for those same people
Much of the country has shifted towards the belief that legal Indian immigration is far worse than illegal Mexican immigration. X is a large part of that reason. If you bring up fraudulent visas or have anything concerns that American jobs are being filled with visa workers from India, the response from Indian X users shift people's opinions.
They'll respond with how much money they make, how they're proud to be taking all the jobs, how they're replacing White people. They can't contain themselves.
There has never been an immigrant diaspora that needed a PR department more than them. They had flown quietly under the radar but couldn't stop bragging about it, then lashing out when anyone disagreed.
I'm at the point where my biggest immigration concerns are legal visa workers. A lot of people are there as well. This largely would have gone unnoticed if it wasn't for X and the constant bragging.
@EMBurlingame Worked in the finance industry, we’d have tracking of minority approvals, and internal boards for minority groups on advancement in the industry and workshops for them to meet executives.
@hay_banda@contramordor What does Trump have todo with this topic… A what prominent positions do they hold sec of state, or head of HSS.
Not like they haven’t faced discrimination lawsuits or anything
@vpathak@rjackcarlson@avidseries Easier to have growth when a lot needs to be created, it’s harder when most of it has already been done. Also that’s a raw figure not per capita meaning the economic output from the individual is significantly less than most of its economic competitors.
@StefanMolyneux I attended interview with someone from India in person and they zoomed in another Indian that was currently in India. The questions from the others on the panel were normal for my field and the demeanor was typical. The Indians had disdain that was palpable.
