Both the peanut butter and the jelly are evenly present in the flavor, a feat which can be a challenge in the actual sandwich, but I find myself underwhelmed nonetheless.

The concern with banana flavoring is that it will overwhelm, with an aftertaste that lives past where its welcome. This was not the case for this bar.

The aftertaste lingered for a few minutes, but not long after. The crunch felt like a natural smile, pleasant and comfortable.

Bar 8 - PB&J

I go back and forth on this one. On one hand, the jelly in this PB&J is a wonderful burst of sweetness. But the peanut butter, which you would assume would be the easier to replicate of the two, feels like an afterthought. It tastes dry and disappointing.
