My oldest brother turned his back on God, said he was gay, and chose the world. Then he was murdered.
My parents never stopped loving him, praying for him, or sharing the truth with him.
That taught me something many people have forgotten:
You can love someone deeply without affirming everything they do.
Culture changes.
God's Word does not
Share the truth in love, because only the truth will set people free.
When I was Muslim, I used to ask Christians:
“If Jesus was really God, why did He eat, sleep, and bleed like us?”
And honestly, I used to ask it with pride like it was some unbeatable argument.
But later I realized something:
That question was not exposing Christianity.
It was exposing my misunderstanding of what kind of God Jesus claimed to be.
Because the real question is not:
“Why would God become weak?”
The real question is:
“What kind of God would willingly step into human suffering at all?”
Islam taught me about a God who was distant and untouchable.
But Christianity introduced me to a God who stepped into hunger, exhaustion, grief, pain, betrayal, blood, and suffering with us.
And suddenly His humanity stopped feeling like weakness to me.
It became proof of love.
If Jesus ate, it means He came close enough to experience hunger beside us.
If He slept, it means He embraced the exhaustion we carry.
If He bled, it means He did not stand above suffering watching us from a distance.
He entered it Himself.
Philippians 2 says Christ emptied Himself and took on flesh.
Not because He stopped being God, but because He wanted humanity to finally see what God is actually like.
And it turns out God is willing to suffer for the people He loves.
That changed everything for me.
Because every other religion demanded sacrifice from humanity.
Jesus became the sacrifice Himself.
And no prophet in history ever claimed that.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. - Ephesians 2:8-9
[The world] hates Me because I accuse it of doing evil. -Jesus in John 7:7.
The real Jesus is hated for exposing sin and darkness.
The fake Jesus is loved for tolerating and embracing it.
Happy Resurrection Day! Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25-26).
Only one religion is based on a single, testable, historical event. If you haven’t at least considered the evidence for the resurrection, NOW is the time.
It’s Easter Week. The most important week in history!
Don’t let people bog you down with a-historical silliness in the midst of focusing on what it’s all about.

Chuck Norris has gone to be with the Lord. And to say Chuck was a legend is the understatement of the century.
Chuck was a world karate champion who transitioned into acting and became one of the most recognizable faces on the planet. He sparred with Bruce Lee. He trained other actors, including the great Steve McQueen. He went on to become a full-blown cultural phenomenon — the subject of thousands of internet “Chuck Norris facts” that made an entire generation laugh.
But here’s what I loved most about Chuck: the man behind the legend was always quick to point beyond himself. He never let the fame become the point.
He said it best himself: “Real men do live for Christ. It is important to make your peace with Christ while the opportunity exists. Life is so fragile that you never know when it’s going to be over.”
On a personal note, Chuck was gracious enough to endorse the spiritual biography I wrote about his friend Steve McQueen. That meant a lot to me. I had the privilege of meeting him once years ago— and yes, I absolutely made sure we got a photo together. I mean, come on. It’s Chuck Norris.
He was a warrior in every sense of the word — and now he’s home. He will be greatly missed.
Jesus is the only way. An infinitely just God cannot allow unjust people like you and me to go unpunished. He punishes himself in our place. He's the ransom. He has to judge sinners, just like a judge in a courtroom. He has to punish people that have broken the law.
Astral projection and manifesting might "work." People may claim they have "Christ consciousness" or believe their minds affect reality through frequencies. They then claim they're Christian practices because of this.
But God doesn't warn us to stay away from occultic practices because they don't work.
But because they do.
