I don't like the insults I've been seeing towards Studio BB, especially when we don't know what was going on internally that led to this current outcome.

But I am sure the ones saddest about this are the staff that worked on Fate/Extra Record. Especially Niinou, who was so passionate about it that he was able to convince TYPE-MOON to create a remake, and left Square Enix to pursue his dream projects because he realized he's getting too old and there's only so few games he can make before he retires.

That man, who also worked on the original Fate/Extra, now faces so much guilt over the situation that he went so far as to leave the project and erase his name from the credits of the game he loved.
