An original "Immelmann Turn" was not a half loop followed by a half roll. This was because Max Immelmann's Fokker Eindecker had poor roll rate but exceptional yaw ability. The half loop/half roll was developed later.
There was a troll in my feed recently saying that carrier landings aren’t that hard and not the hardest thing in aviation. Maybe, maybe not.
But do any non-Naval Aviators want to raise their hand and volunteer for this?
Toho says it has no plans to use AI right now:
