Founder & Chairperson of the Global GCV Movement

After closely observing the work and development of our Vietnam GCV team for more than one month, I would like to formally recognize and sincerely appreciate six outstanding members of the Global GCV Movement Vietnam leadership team.

🪷 Nguyen Thi Phuong — Deputy Head of GCV Ambassadors – Vietnam
🪷 Do Thi Thuy — Education GCV Ambassador – Vietnam
🪷 Nguyen Gia Hai — Ecosystem Development GCV Ambassador – Vietnam
🪷 Doan Van Muoi Vinh — Industry Alliance GCV Special Envoy – Chair, Vietnam
🪷 Dao Van Long — Vietnam General GCV Army

During this period, I have been watching not only their work, but also their character, attitude, commitment, and spirit of service.

What I have seen makes me very proud.

These leaders have demonstrated qualities that I believe are essential for true GCV leadership:

HONESTY.
SELFLESSNESS.
COMMITMENT.
HUMILITY.
RESPONSIBILITY.
VISION.
WISDOM.

Most importantly, they have closely followed my guidance and education, listened carefully, learned continuously, and put what they have learned into action.

They are not working simply for a title or position.

They are willing to serve.
They are willing to take responsibility.
They are willing to work together.
They are willing to put the community before themselves.

This is the kind of leadership I want to see within the Global GCV Movement.

🇻🇳 MY MESSAGE TO ALL VIETNAM GCV PIONEERS

I know that there are now different organizations, groups, and communities operating in Vietnam.

For this reason, I want all Vietnam Pioneers to clearly understand which team I recognize, trust, and support as the Global GCV Movement Vietnam team.

I sincerely call upon all Vietnam GCV Pioneers, Ambassadors, Leaders, and community members:

Please recognize these six leaders.

Please support their work.

Please follow their education and community activities.

Please cooperate with them and help them build the community.

And most importantly:

Please stay closely connected with the Global GCV Movement Vietnam team and continue following the education and direction of the Global GCV Movement.

Do not judge leadership only by titles, popularity, or how loudly someone speaks.

Look at the qualities that truly matter:

HONESTY.
SELFLESSNESS.
COMMITMENT.
HUMILITY.
RESPONSIBILITY.
ACTION.

I have closely observed these six members, and I sincerely believe they have demonstrated these qualities through their work and service.
