Trying to find a cost effective solution for 2D VFX that aren’t pixel art. Most of the assets I’ve seen are pixel art (nothing wrong with that, my game is just hand drawn). I’ve seen a couple assets on gumroad that look promising, but I may have to learn a new skill #gamedev
@thomasbrushdev Not surprising at all, the game looks amazing and every time you mention it on the podcast I can tell how much time and effort you put into every single detail. Looking forward to playing it at launch
Working on a patrol state for this robot enemy. It has ledge detection and a speedier aggro state. Hurtbox and animations coming soon, along with some real combat! #gamedev
