@wine_x13 My daughter is 28 and she (and her sizable dog) live in the basement apartment in my house. Just under 1400 sq ft, it’s newly renovated and her view from the patio is a lake. She couldn’t afford a similar set up but she is able invest the money she is saving (requirement).
