I think these ICE agents, and the one in the Renee Good situation, need to start getting prosecuted.

We have masked and armed federal police taking over our streets who are drunk on power, backed up by claims that they have total immunity from the Trump administration.

ICE is completely out of control, and is repeatedly and unnecessarily escalating situations to violence. They’re a clear and present threat to the American people.

There has to be a rational middle ground between the open borders/mass illegal migration of the Biden era and masked, armed federal agents roaming our streets and threatening American citizens.

But there is zero indication that the Trump administration is going to back down in any way. If anything, they’re probably going to get even more aggressive.

So the only rational solution I see is to start prosecuting ICE agents to set the precedent that this kind of behavior will not stand in a court of law.

At the end of the day, appreciate you always trying to create a space for rational debate brother. There is not much of that on X these days, especially when it comes to ICE. 🙏

Personal opinion on the Minneapolis shooting based on additional footage:

From what has been released so far, it appears federal agents shot Alex Pretti who had already been disarmed.

The situation seems to have escalated after a federal agent shoved a woman far more aggressively than necessary, immediately creating a hostile environment.

Alex Pretti appeared calm initially, but once he was confronted by agents, a physical scuffle began.

During that scuffle, agents realized Pretti had a firearm.

One agent appears to grab the gun and walk off with it, and someone can be heard yelling “gun.”

Almost immediately after that, an agent fired.

In the chaos that followed, the other agents also began shooting, seemingly believing the initial gunshot came from Pretti.

This interpretation is reinforced by footage afterward in which one of the agents is heard asking, “Where is the gun?”

That suggests confusion in the moment about who actually fired.

I do have sympathy for the agents in the sense that this all unfolded extremely fast, but overall this situation appears preventable.

In no way do I think this was a public execution as some have claimed, but a chaotic situation that turned deadly once again in Minneapolis.

I’ve seen some people say he had a loaded gun, so it’s his fault, but that is not true.

We now know Pretti was legally carrying a concealed firearm, and he had the right to do that.

If the weapon had been illegal, that would obviously change the analysis, but that is not what the facts indicate.

I do not see Pretti reach for his gun in the footage available.

After the first shot, some may argue that his movements look suspicious once people backed off, but it seems far more likely he was reacting to being shot rather than attempting to draw a weapon.

Federal agencies involved in deportation operations need to leave Minneapolis for the time being.

While I am broadly open to many aspects of deportation enforcement, what has occurred in Minneapolis has been a failure.

The way this is being handled is putting people’s lives in constant danger, and it needs to stop.

The Renee Good situation had a lot of nuance based on the video footage.

This one doesn’t seem to have as much.

I personally believe an American citizen died who did not need to.

The only evidence that could change my view would be body camera footage or a clear alternate angle showing that Mr. Pretti was attempting to grab his gun or that the first shot came from him.

At this point, that footage does not appear to exist, but will wait and see if anything else comes out.

Medical kidnapping is a quiet epidemic. Here’s how it works:

1. A child or dependent is “diagnosed” (sometimes incorrectly) with a condition.
2. Corrupt doctors demand that parents follow Big Pharma protocols.
3. Parents seek a second opinion or prefer an alternative treatment that generates no profit for doctors or pharma.
4. Doctors call CPS.
5. Unbeknownst to parents, CPS holds secret hearings with judges to obtain a temporary restraining order (TRO) to remove the child, since agencies receive more funding with higher numbers of children in custody.
6. The judge grants permission.
7. CPS arrives with police and removes (“kidnaps”) the child.
8. Parents have 24–48 hours to find and pay a lawyer capable of making a scientific argument about the medical necessity of the treatment the corrupt doctors want to profit from—or simply consent to poisoning their child.
9. Parents fail, CPS retains custody, and the agency makes more money.
10. The family is destroyed, and an unaffordable legal battle begins.
11. All of this occurs under a shroud of secrecy. If parents speak out, they face potential legal consequences, and CPS corruptly threatens their other children.

Yesterday in Davos, President @ZelenskyyUa crossed a line.

There is nothing new in the fact that, as elections approach in Hungary, he once again placed the Hungarian government, and me personally, in his sights. What was surprising, however, was that in his speech he also criticised every other European leader. He says the support sent to Ukraine is insufficient, the weapons are insufficient, and Europe’s determination is insufficient.

We did not have to wait long for the response from Brussels. Last night, @vonderleyen presented a roadmap for Ukraine’s development. In it, the Brusselians accepted every Ukrainian demand. $800 billion for Ukraine, accelerated EU accession by 2027, and further support all the way until 2040.

This is where things stand. President Zelenskyy has things all backwards, yet the Brusselians are eager to pay up.

We will have a few words to say about this as well. A national petition is coming, through which we can send a clear message to Brussels: we will not pay!
