@united we moved to Hawaii and decided we would start flying @HawaiianAir — then @AlaskaAir teamed up and today was our first flight! We were so looking forward to arriving in Columbus to cheer on the Hawaii Men’s Volleyball Team.

@AlaskaAir had us filling out THE same DOT form in their portal which did not work well and REFUSED to let us board with just giving us an “option” to CRATE my SERVICE ANIMAL and pay an additional $250.
