@BankofAmerica the Santa Fe location in Olathe Kansas ATMs have been under construction for over a year… the walk up is out of service and I can see employees just staring at all 5 of us waiting to get in. FYI @Chase lets clients in 10 minutes early- step up your hospitality

@KC_COUNTRY is the worst insurance company around KC. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again. I was in the hospital and missed my renewal due to a new card by two days and they have now lapsed my coverage and won't back date it by two days!

@my_pricechopper I understand that a personality is not a requirement to become a pharmacist. The staff working at the Gardner pharmacy need to have a basic course in customer service. Specifically, the young girl that works the window. She should not be customer facing.

@Dyson look into your customer service at your Olathe Kansas location… it was so bad we went to NFM and walked out with a different brand all together.
