Do I need to file for PUA instead of UI?

@NYSLabor I received a message on Sunday while trying to claim benefits that I need to reapply for benefits. I am employed but my hours have been cut in half when I try to file for unemployment again there's no option to click on that has anything to do with hours being cut?

@NYSLabor I haven’t received any payments in four weeks and my benefits don’t expire until 3/14/2021 and I just called at 8am when your lines open and they’re already full some how please help!!!

and I've gotten no response from anyone please have someone give me a call I have bills that have stacked up because I can't afford them without these payments I'll dm my number.

@NYSLabor As of today 4 weeks have passed and I haven't received any UI payments and no one can tell me why because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone and I've called every day 20 times a day starting at 8am when your lines open.

I have contacted both the assemblyman and senator that represent my district and you haven't even responded to them! There has been no explanation as to why my benefits have stopped I was asked to fill out an employer information form and mail it out to you but its been 3 weeks
