According to TMZ, Tory Lanez’s team submitted an official report to the court with testimony from a software expert who reviewed Megan's medical records..

After the review, the expert signed the report claiming there were 60 fraudulent errors in the medical findings presented at Tory's 2022 trial by then, Los Angeles County District Attorney, George Gascon…

According to Tory's team, the most alarming part of the report pertains to a missing document titled “EVIDENCE," specifying that a “hospital security guard” named Derek Cervantes — who bagged, tagged, and transferred "foreign bodies" (i.e. bullet fragments) to Cedars Sinai Medical Center, where Megan was treated for her gunshot wounds…

Cedars Sinai Hospital security guard — and not the Los Angeles Police Department???

Tory's lawyers say the surgeon, Dr. Milton Little, failed to testify during the trial and now cannot be found….

The report also notes numerous irregularities — such as altered or overwritten text, QR codes that don't work, bogus signatures, inconsistent document formatting, and missing and repeated pages with date and time contradictions. What's more, the report says roughly 300 additional pages of information were withheld from the defense..

At the trial, detectives testified that Megan's medical records were supplied to the defense by prosecutors and that no bullet fragments were recovered from the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Hospital…

However, Megan’s attorney with Quinn Emmanuel, Alex Spiro — stated publicly in October 2024, that the missing bullet fragments were not missing, and with the LAPD…Days later, on October 31, 2024, Martin Preciado, Senior Property Officer in the LAPD property management division — signed a declaration stating that LAPD had the gun, the gun magazine, all the bullets casings, and all the bullet fragments involving Tory Lanez case..

The question that remains unanswered, is how did the missing bullet fragments suddenly appear in the custody of the LAPD, when the fragments were missing at Tory’s preliminary hearing in 2021 and again during the trial in 2022 — and the LAPD detectives stated that the bullet fragments were not retrieved from Cedars Sinai hospital???

There are a multitude of circumstances, omissions, and blatant lies, surrounding and within the Tory Lanez case that is clearly not adding up…

Due to his profession in healthcare, Dr. Milton Little — is also a mandatory reporter.. Meaning it is mandatory to report all patients coming into the hospital with a gunshot wound (GSW) to the LAPD IMMEDIATELY…

🚨 Tory Lanez and his legal team have given an exclusive to NBC, stating they will continue fighting for his freedom, with the next step being the California Supreme Court. They allege that critical evidence, including Megan’s medical records, may not have been fully turned over or properly considered at trial. According to records they obtained, alleged foreign bodies were turned over to a hospital security guard. It seem to may not have been law enforcement, which contradicts what the public and jury were told at trial. The records also do not clearly identify Megan by name in that disclosure. If true, this raises serious constitutional concerns, including Brady and due process violations.
