. @Ticketmaster_AU and @Ticketek_AU’s behavior continues to be abhorrent. We have heard of hundreds of cases of these primary ticketing providers withholding refunds. When contacted, there is simply no reply. @consumervic need to ensure everyone entitled to a refund receives one.

When the free trade of tickets was removed via the Major Events act the @AustralianOpen got a free hit to gouge fans. $4999 for a ticket that cost $805 a year ago. Wasn’t the objective of the bill to protect consumers from behavior like this? @MartinPakula @Steve_Dimo @rolfep

an hour in, we are at $399 for the same tickets that were $999! Imagine the poor "biggest fans" who got on on the dot to get the best seats who paid $999...
