NEW: Mitch McConnell's office has released a photo of the senator, the first since he was hospitalized on June 14.

His doctor says McConnell suffered minor injuries from a fall at home and then developed pneumonia, which was treated with antibiotics.

In a statement, McConnell says: "I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf, and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do."
