I think every woman needs to experience being completely alone. I mean not a soul texting or calling her. Paying her own bills, pampering herself, solo dinner dates, gym, lots of prayer and meditation. This helps build strength. The reason why this is important is because if she doesn’t know how to be alone, then she ends up tolerating things she doesn’t deserve because she fears being alone. A woman who can be alone is a dangerous breed. And because she knows how to be alone, nonsense is not tolerated.
Breakups hurt, yeah. But you know what hurts even more? Staying. Staying and trying to “make it work” with someone who has shown you over and over that they don’t value you, don’t prioritize you, and don’t care about your feelings. Begging for bare minimum. Hoping they’ll change. Ignoring the proof right in front of you. That kind of pain drags out way longer than a breakup ever could. Sometimes the real heartbreak isn’t losing them it’s realizing you stayed too long trying to convince someone to love you the right way. THAT’S what really hurts.

girl to girl: it's okay to be alone. it's okay to have a dry phone. it's okay to be celibate. it's okay to be selfish. it's okay to have high standards. your peace, your pace, your rules
Please date emotionally intelligent people . it's nice to have someone who's aware of your sensitivity & learns to handle your feelings gently, with patience and care. it is comforting to show your vulnerability to someone & have them learn how to respond to it with understanding >>
After giving birth, a woman's internal wounds take six months to heal, 12 months for physical recovery, two years for hormonal balance, and up to five years to rediscover her identity. Relationships frequently fail during this time due to a lack of understanding. Be kind and patient with new mothers; they are facing more challenges than it appears.
having a man who is dominant but soft when it comes to u is TOP TIER. Like he's masculine but literally worships the ground u walk on. He gets things done without asking, reassures u randomly, clingy & obsessed with u, talks to u in a gentle tone & brings out ur softest version
