NNPCL is showing that transparency, accountability and strategic leadership are essential ingredients for rebuilding public confidence in a national institution.
Under the leadership of the GCEO, Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari @BBOjulari , NNPCL continues to demonstrate a renewed commitment to operational efficiency, responsible management, institutional reforms and transparent communication. His approach to leadership deserves commendation, particularly at a time when Nigerians expect more openness, measurable results and responsible stewardship from public institutions.
What makes this direction encouraging is the growing emphasis on allowing facts, figures and verifiable performance to speak for the organisation. Transparency is not just about making announcements. It is about building trust, strengthening accountability, communicating challenges honestly and demonstrating that public resources and national assets are being managed in the best interest of Nigerians.
The progress being recorded under GCEO Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari @BBOjulari also reinforces the importance of continuity in governance. Meaningful institutional reforms require consistency, policy stability, sustained commitment and the political will to allow ongoing initiatives to deliver their full benefits.
This is why continued support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT and his Renewed Hope Agenda remains important. The reforms initiated under his administration need time, consistency and collective support to mature into sustainable national gains. Disrupting progress unnecessarily could undermine the foundations already being laid.
Nigeria needs strong institutions, accountable leadership and policies that outlive individual administrations. NNPCL must continue on the path of transparency and performance, while the broader national reform agenda receives the continuity and support it deserves.
Commendation to GCEO Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari for the leadership direction. Support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the continuity needed to consolidate the gains and build a stronger, more accountable Nigeria.
That is how institutions are strengthened, confidence is restored and national development is sustained.
Yesterday, we officially launched the Deji Adeyanju Foundation. For fourteen years, the founder, Deji Adeyanju Esq., has mentored many of us.
Through the help of God, my Chairman as he is fondly called, has made a tremendous impact on my life and on the lives of my colleagues and friends. We are delighted that the mentorship, support, care, and love we have enjoyed over the years will now reach many more young Nigerians through a structured system: his foundation.
The Deji Adeyanju Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young Nigerians. It focuses on mentoring young people, building their capacity, and equipping them with the skills, guidance, and support they need to succeed, especially in entrepreneurship and professional development.
Through targeted programmes such as its Inaugural Empowerment and Mentorship Programme, the Foundation seeks to nurture self-reliant, innovative young leaders who can contribute meaningfully to Nigeriaโs growth and development.
In all my years with him, I have never met anyone who loves and cares for others with such a free and generous spirit as my boss, Deji. He is not just a mentor and boss; he has played a fatherly role in our lives, and we remain eternally grateful to God for the gift of him to us and to humanity.
While we stayed with him in our earliest years, Deji taught us to care for others and to treat even the least person with love, empathy, and dignity. We saw this clearly in the way he treated our security man at the time, Dauda. Deji never holds grudges. No matter how much we offended him, he always found room in his large heart to forgive and draw us even closer. This is the Deji we know and what he truly represents.
I cannot count the number of people whose lives he has impacted and changed through the grace and permissive will of God.
To the beneficiaries of this maiden cohort, who are now ambassadors and alumni of the Foundation, I say congratulations.
To the winner of the inaugural cohort of the Deji Adeyanju Foundation Empowerment Programme, Chisom Ebere Frankline, congratulations and welcome to the family.
Congratulations sir, @adeyanjudeji on the launch of y(our) Foundation.

Parece mentira que aun existan dirigentes como Sabatella con ganas de jugar a la interna. Dejรฉmonos de joder por quรฉ asรญ, Milei no solo nos va a gobernar 20 aรฑos mรกs sino que peor aรบn: nos va a ganar la PBA
Thousands of people.
Hundreds of conversations.
One industry moving forward.
But #TOKEN2049 this year felt different.
The conversation has moved from "what if" to "what's next."
That shift says a lot about where crypto is heading.
You see me in the suit everywhere. Hereโs a look behind the scenes. ๐
Token week is always a ride. Plans change on the fly and the adrenaline is real when you're trying to get everything done.
Big thanks to the team for capturing this crazy but fun experience. ๐
Great conversation with the visionary @gandreou007 on where capital is flowing, how AI is reshaping finance, and what comes next for our industry.
We explored the rise of agentic finance, a future where technology works for users, not the other way around.

Calls, conversations, decisions. Just another day building for what's next.
A lot happens behind the scenes before the results show. That's where real progress begins.
Small enough to fit on a keychain, packed with ideas. ๐
I love seeing a simple idea turn into something real. We wanted stock market knowledge people can carry with them. Pick one up at a MEXC event!
Opportunities start with knowledge, and knowledge should always be within reach.
Everyone's chasing AI. I'm watching who's making money behind the scenes.
@BainandCompany estimates semiconductor packaging gross profits grew 3.5x, from $6.1B in 2018 to $21.5B in 2025.
With TSMC reporting earnings on Oct 15, I'll be watching AI demand, margins, and what they signal for infrastructure spending in 2027. ๐
The picks and shovels can be just as interesting as the gold rush.
Not sure which is more stressful, being a Harvard student or speaking in front of Harvard students. ๐
Great to be back at my alma mater to talk about the future of finance and AI. I even rehearsed beforehand. You never know what questions Harvard students will throw at you!
Always good to be back, share a few thoughts, and learn from the next generation.
