I will definitely tell my friends and family about this experience. You should look into this issue with your customer service representatives. There doesn’t seem to be a set protocol for same-sex couples.

@ultabeauty I was in your store yesterday with my partner. She purchased some items, and I purchased some items separately. She forgot to use my rewards card number during her transaction. Since we live in the same household we only have one rewards account.

Your representatives then asked to speak to her. Then they said that her points were already on her rewards account. This was a lie because she does not have a rewards account which was why we were trying to put her points on my account. I am very disappointed by my experience.
