As we wrap up #BlackHistoryMonth, check out this incredible mural by @WestwindFISD K – 5 grade students spent 3 weeks learning about each historical figure. Then, 4-5 grade students each colored a piece. The blocks formed a beautiful 13-ft tribute that now lines the hallway.

Over 76, 3rd-5th graders at @WestwindFISD have joined the Spanish Lunch Club hosted by Texas Tech University honor students. Twice a week, these groups come together to play games and sing songs as they learn Spanish.
