I use @Chase sapphire cc for all my trips& the 1 time I needed to,it's taken months to settle. I turned in every doc they need 3x & say it's unclear. They use a 3rd party for the protection which is why it's shit. DON'T GET SAPPHIRE CC. They don't cover the perks they promise.
