As today is winding down I just have so much on my heart I need to share. I had a birthday yesterday but it was the last thing on my mind. I couldn’t sleep last night because my heart is broken and I’m honestly so worried Erika and her babies. How do you move on from this?

I pray his kids grow up to know what an inspiration their father was to me and so many others. I have cried many times in the last day because as a mother, a wife, a Christian republican, this is so incredibly hard to watch and cope with. I still can’t wrap my head around this.

He represented what we as Christian’s believe in and shared it with anyone and everyone. I feel like my voice was taken away from me. We know Charlie is in a better place. He’s living in eternal life. I pray for Erika and those babies who will never see their daddy again.

Her husband was suddenly and violently taken from her and their children. I loved watching Charlie’s videos and they were always a good reminder I needed to stay strong in my faith. They inspired me to be a better Christian. To me, Charlie was the voice of my generation.
