DEPOSITS
Tiffany Nails & Spa requires a deposit for group bookings, appointments over 1.5 hours, or off-site services 💅💳. Deposits are refundable with 24-hour notice ⏰. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit 💸.

NO SHOWS
Clients who miss their appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) 💸 and must add a credit card to their file for future bookings 💳. After more than one no-show, pre-payment in full will be required for all services 💅.

LATE ARRIVALS
Clients should call if running late. After 15 minutes without contact, the appointment may be considered a "no show" and reopened. Late arrivals may have services adjusted, with the full price still applying.
