SLP; wife to @bschutt, mom to Parker + Emmy. Mexican food, seasonal soaps and candles, and general coziness makes me extra happy 💁🏻‍♀️

@aprildgregory Oh goodness. The emergency alert went off on my phone and I’ve never heard it before 😆 my brain couldn’t figure out what was happening. But now I’m very awake 😳😂

Parenting fun fact: you can pretty easily make up a 2-hour delay song to the tune of Raspberry Beret and I promise your kids will LOVE it

@hondohenderson Mistakes are made all the time, it’s always about how they’re handled. And the effort this is taking is nuts 😂

@Shipt your customer service is absolutely shameful.

[Tiffany Schutt @TiffanySchutt]

Contacted customer service *again* and the agent closed our chat when I questioned the overcharging.

[Tiffany Schutt @TiffanySchutt]

Took a look at my checking account this morning and somehow I've been charged $10 MORE than my original order that was wrong in the first place
