@Klarna service is a joke. Now being told my order was supposedly placed on Nov 23rd so I don't qualify for a promotion. I relied on your customer service rep's representations in the chat BEFORE I placed the order on Nov 22nd. Hmmm my email even says Nov 22. Bait and Switch?
