Funny enough this is a good example for animation. When a character is turning their head or changing their focus by a lot, you get them to blink as it happens or just before to make it look more natural.

In the case of Barry as Ringo, he's pretty much perfect: they grew up similarly, similar mental states even, and similar physical traits and the ones that aren't close enough have used prosthetics.

It's all moot anyways, they aren't gonna change an actor this far into filming, on top of all the training he's done beforehand.
I do think they've got the boys looking successfully like The Beatles, and Barry especially has embodied the physicality of Ringo too
